With us, you’ll never see a bill or speak to a utility provider again.
Flexible Payment Methods
We know all property businesses are different, so we offer 3 different payment methods.
– Monthly Direct Debits per property, collected from the business.
– Monthly invoices for a whole portfolio.
– Payments collected directly from individual tenants via Direct Debit.
You choose which methods are the best for your business.
We’re not partnered with just one energy provider, which means we’ll put all of your properties on suitable and competitive tariffs.
As we don’t receive ongoing kickbacks from energy providers, we’ll work hard to ensure your tenants stay within their allowances.
We charge a clear fee for our services with no other hidden charges.
Dedicated Customer Service
With us, you’ll have your own account manager with a direct dial who will get to know your business.
We also have a customer support team for your tenants who are here to take the strain of utilities away. They’re here to help 9am – 5pm.
As standard, you’ll have a login to our online dashboard where you can add properties, get quotes and check the status of your properties.
Once a property is live with us, you’ll see all bills and documentation we’ve received, be able to add meter readings and check usages, see each property’s current balance and all account information.
We offer large allowances on our Bills Inclusive properties, and an allowance promise.
This means that if energy consumed in a property is less than our Allowance across a tenancy, we’ll refund the difference. If a property consumes more than our Allowance, we’ll pay the difference. We’re putting our money where our mouth is.
Landlord Allowance Promise
If your portfolio uses more than our allowance, we will pay the difference. If the portfolio uses less that our allowance, we’ll refund the difference.
What’s the catch? None, we’re that confident in our allowances so we’re putting our money where our mouth is.
