We’ll charge your tenants directly for your agreed Bills Inclusive bundles. We charge one housemate or each housemate individually, on a monthly basis.


Invoice Per Portfolio

We’ll invoice monthly on a portfolio basis that clearly displays a summary of each property and a detailed breakdown of the property’s chosen utilities and services.


Invoice Per Property

We’ll send a separate invoice each month for all your Bills Inclusive properties, displaying a pricing breakdown for each utility and service.
