We partner with multiple utility providers to ensure we secure the best services and prices to offer our Bills Inclusive customers.
Electricity and Gas
We work with multiple energy providers to ensure that you get access to a suitable tariff for you and your tenants. For larger portfolio’s our energy partners will offer you bespoke prices, whilst smaller portfolios always get access to our discounted tariffs and prices.
Our lower energy prices ensure that we can give huge energy allowances for your tenants – 87% of our properties used less than their allowances in 2016/17.
Internet and Media
We’re the only Bills Management company to work with both Sky Broadband & TV and Virgin Media. Our partner’s properties can get access to hundreds of media options including fibre broadband VIVID 300 (up to 300mb) via Virgin Media and fantastic TV bundles via Sky TV. For tenants, the fastest broadband and a choice of media options are essential.
We don’t add any fee’s to our water prices, you only ever pay what your local supplier charges for your properties. We work with all the local water suppliers nationwide on either a rateable value or metered basis.
If your tenants are watching live TV or streaming live online they’ll need an active TV License. We’ll never add charges on top of the cost of TV Licenses for your properties and it’s best to ensure that they are covered.
We offer three different payment methods to suit your business.
Each month we will collect a single direct debit per property for all of your chosen services. At the end of the year, we’ll return any unused balance to you.
We’ll send you one invoice per month for your whole portfolio which clearly displays a summary and each of your properties services. At the end of the year, we’ll return any unused balance to you.
We can charge your tenants directly for your agreed utility bundle. We can charge one housemate or collect from each housemate individually. At the end of the year, we will return any unused balance to your tenants directly.
