What we do 

One Utility Bill bundles household bills into one simple monthly payment, including water, energy, council and broadband.
This makes bill paying hassle-free for tenants and homeowners and makes life easier for agents too.

Tenants are able to make unique bills packages from the type of bills they want to cover. They simply choose the type of utilities they would like to bundle and leave out the ones they don't.

 

How does the process work?

Tenants choose what they want, and One Utility Bill will handles the rest. From here, our dedicated team will handle setup with all suppliers, and deal with these suppliers throughout the tenant’s contract. From supplier setup to payment collection and ongoing support, we've got them covered. Giving tenants and agents peace of mind throughout the duration of the tenancy.

How we make the perfect bills packages

 

1. Creating a Bills package 

Tenants can build a unique package with the option of:

  • ⚡ Capped/Unlimited energy* (all packages need to include energy)
  • 💧Unlimited water 
  • 🎫 TV License 
  • 📺 TV package
  • 📶 Broadband 

* Tenants can use as much energy as they need, creating peace of mind with no bill changes based on usage 

 

2. Easy payment 

As well as one easy direct debit or card payment each month, tenants have the option to split the bills with other bill payers.

☑️ The cost of their bills package is split equally between all bill payers on the account 

☑️ They can pay with a monthly Direct Debit or card payment. 

 

3. No bill stress 

The One Utility Bill team handle setup. with all suppliers and deal with suppliers throughout the tenant contact.

🔔  When you submit a property to your Notify portal, all energy water and council suppliers are informed 

💸  Once this has been done you (as the letting agent) will receive your commission (ready to withdraw whenever you like)

☎️  Your tenants will get a welcome call from us before their move-in date
