Just over 12 months ago One Utility Bill decided to start actively seeking out reviews on Trustpilot, ensuring we capture our customer feedback at all stages of their One Utility Bill journey. Trustpilot is an online review system which allows customers to quickly and conveniently review our service online at the click of a button.

Receiving feedback from customers on their experience with us across the United Kingdom is invaluable in enabling our business and people to continually improve services and operations. One Utility Bill’s Customer Support Manager, Rosie Cluff, says “The Customer Support team really appreciate the feedback we receive from our tenants.
