Missed a payment?

If you have a missed payment we will try to retake this payment until the payment is accepted. If the payment is still not received after these attempts you will receive correspondence from our Customer Support team to collect the payment. Please note that if we fail to take payment then a late payment charge of £25 may be added to your account. You can also process your missed payments yourself, via your online dashboard.
