What do I do if my broadband stops working?
You will need to be next to the router for troubleshooting. If you experience any issues with your broadband connection or speed, please call our Customer Support team who will be able to assist you further. If we are not able to resolve the issue, we will refer you to the service provider, who will be able to run through troubleshooting with you. You will need to be present at your property with access to the router in order to do this.
