What happens if I go over my usage?
As our packages are inclusive of very generous energy allowances, so it is very unlikely that you will overuse! However, in the event that you do, our customer service team will be in contact to assist with any necessary changes to your account. This may include increasing your energy allowances to cater to higher energy usage.
If you do notice that you have used more than your energy allowances, please do get in contact with our customer service team who will be able to assist with increasing your allowances.
In order to help us ensure that you are billed to accurate usage amounts, please log in to your online dashboard and submit regular monthly meter readings.
If you’ve used less than your allowance – Fantastic! This is a great sign that you will be due a refund from your account balance. Our Operations team will just need to verify the amounts paid to third-party suppliers before we can get back in touch to confirm your account balance with you.
Please note that usage on all chosen services will be taken into consideration to produce your final account balance
If you are an unlimited energy customer, there are no charges for over-usage as you have an uncapped allowance.
