When will my broadband router be delivered?
We will place your broadband order once all tenants have provided us with their payment details.
The industry standard time frame for router delivery is 14 working days. However, this may be subject to change due to credit checks and the possibility of needing extra information to process the order
‘Quick Start’ – Your router should arrive within 14 working days after the order has been processed.
‘Manned installation’ – Your Router will be delivered to your property within 14 days, if you require a manned installation appointment this will be arranged for the earliest appointment date. You may require a manned installation if your property does not have a broadband wall socket. If you have any information that may be helpful for the engineer, such as a key code access, please provide this.
Please be aware: if Virgin Media requires extra information for the credit checks this process may be longer.
All Sky Broadband orders require an engineer appointment. We need 3 available dates 2 weeks after the Sky is ordered. Please be aware, the installation date and the router date may be different as you may receive your router before the engineer appointment.
Please note we do receive the earliest installation dates available from the broadband providers!
