Customer Administration Assistant
About the role
As an Administration Assistant at One Utility Bill, you'll hold a key role in the company, administering a range of processes to ensure we deliver an excellent service for our growing number of customers.
You will be working in our Customer Operations team who are responsible for managing utilities on behalf of our customers.
Your day will be busy and varied, your responsibilities will include liaising with utility suppliers to submit orders, dealing with daily administrative tasks, and ensuring queries are processed efficiently.
To succeed you’ll need experience in taking ownership of problems and a proactive, positive attitude. You will be keen to improve and troubleshoot for solutions to challenges.
Being organised, working independently, and prioritising workload are all key skills in this role.
Ideally, you'll have some experience of providing administrative support that is efficient, effective and high quality, however, where you've worked is less important than the ability and attitude you bring.
A high level of computer literacy is an essential requirement.
Some key details:
- We'll be interviewing candidates w/c 24/08/20 with an anticipated start date of 07/09/20.
- Training and onboarding will be completed from our office in Ouseburn, Newcastle for the first two weeks. After this, there will be a combination of working from home and working from the office as our office is operating at limited capacity.
- The contract is until 31/12/2020. There may be the opportunity to transfer to a permanent contract after this date.
- The contract is for 35 hours per week.
