One Utility Bill is an exciting start-up based in Ouseburn, Newcastle. We make setting up and paying for bills really easy by consolidating household bills into one simple monthly payment. We have 4 different brands catering to different markets; from families to students, landlords, and letting agents, we have a package to suit everyone.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing assistance to our sales and operations teams, ensuring the quality of sales and leads is high at all times. This will include registering utilities, council tax forms and data entry. You’ll need to have an organised and methodical approach to tasks and the ability to be vocal about improvements to current processes.

 

Experience

Some key skills and experience we think you’ll need to thrive in this role are:

  • Experience in sales administration;

  • Strong attention to detail;

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal;

  • Time management and multitasking abilities;

  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;

  • Have fantastic organisation and the ability to manage their time and prioritise workload;

  • Confident speaking face to face and over the phone, from sales staff to director level and also with suppliers;

  • Experience within the energy sector would be preferred but is not essential as full training will be provided.
