As part of our B2C telesales team, you will deal with our incoming leads; nurturing cool leads to warm leads and developing relationships with customers at every stage of the sales funnel.
- Creating and send One Utility Bill quotes
- Outbound cold calling to warm leads
- Using a CRM system to make calls, send emails and create sales pipeline
- Achieving KPI’s and sales targets set by management
- Up-selling broadband and TV packages
- Objection handling
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Confident phone manner
- Must be self-motivated and have a positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have fantastic organisational and time management skills
- Experience within the energy or media sector would be beneficial but is not essential as full training will be provided
