Business Development Executive

Sales Team

OTE £25,000

As a Business Development Executive you will source your own leads and be engaging with customers on a consultative level in order to generate and close sales.

You will be involved with talking customers through the sign up process and demonstrating the company’s features and benefits in order to achieve sales. You will be trained on the company products and conduct online demonstrations to present the product to potential customers.

Responsibilities

  • New Business sales (B2B)
  • Source, identify and qualify sales leads
  • Work to targets to drive the business forward
  • Run online product demonstrations confidently 
  • Recognise opportunities to cross-sell within other departments to maximise sales opportunities
  • Liaise with Account Management team

Experience

  • Have previous experience working in a sales or business development role
  • Be ambitious, business minded with the drive to succeed
  • Ability to manage your own time efficiently
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Have some knowledge of the property and lettings industry (desirable but not necessary)

Essential requirements

  • Previous B2B experience
  • Previous experience working with a CRM system
