Here are some common questions
How much commission can I earn?
It all depends on how much notice you give. The earlier you submit, the more commission you’ll earn!
Submit with 30+ days' notice to earn the top commission rate.

*Days notice given in Notify
How long do I have to submit a move-in?
You can submit a move-in as far in the future as you want!
Just give more than 4 days’ notice before the tenancy starts. For example, if a tenant is moving in on October 22nd, the latest you can add it to your Notify portal is October 18th.
To avoid missing the deadline, it’s best to add the tenancy details as soon as the tenant passes referencing.
How soon are suppliers notified after I submit a property?
Can I refer other agents to Notify?
Absolutely! You can refer as many agents as you like via your Notify portal.
When the agents you refer sign up to Notify, you earn a percentage of their Notify earnings. Don’t worry, this doesn’t affect their commission.
The more agents you refer, the more you’ll earn!
