Connect Notify to your CRM
Notify integrates directly with Reapit, Street, SME Professional and MRI. If you use a different system, Gluedog connects you to Notify without a native integration. Setup takes around 20 minutes and your team does not need to change how they work.

Move-ins are handled automatically
When a tenancy is confirmed in your system, Notify takes it from there. Our team notifies all relevant utility suppliers within 24 to 48 hours. Your tenants receive a call from One Utility Bill with their supplier details close to their tenancy start date.

Commission accumulates, ready to withdraw
Each qualifying move-in adds to your commission balance in the Notify portal. You can see the real-time status of every utility registration at a glance. If there is ever a problem with a supplier, our team resolves it. Your team does not get involved.
